Lallemand Brewing and Doemens Academy to Unveil New Collaboration

Lallemand Brewing and Germany’s Doemens Academy, longstanding partners in brewing innovation, have announced an exciting new collaboration to be showcased at BrauBeviale.

Highlighting their partnership, Lallemand and Doemens will introduce a collaborative Double IPA at the event, brewed with the newly developed LalBrew Pomona™ dry yeast. Attendees can sample this exclusive brew at the Doemens booth (Hall 4, Stand 304) and Lallemand's stand (Hall 1, Stand 330), where community tastings will invite feedback on this innovative product.
