The EBC is pleased to announce the date and location of the EBC Symposium 2025.
The symposium will take place from May 18-20, 2025. All meetings are hosted by the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (Buda Campus, Budapest XI District) and supported by the Hungarian Brewery Association MSSZ.
Brewing technologists, quality experts and packaging / dispense specialists in the employment of breweries, in allied industries and in research departments and universities are invited to submit an abstract on the topics “Sustainable packaging for beer,” “Innovations in keg and tank beer systems” or “Beer tapping technology and quality”.
Provisionally, a date of 3 February has been set for the closing of the call.
